As a grown family business with many years of experience in electroplating we have an extensive knowledge in surface refinement of metals like steal, stainless steel, ferrous metals, brass, aluminium and zinc die casting as well as ABS plastic. The visual enhancement is not the only focus in electroplating, but also the functional benefit of the workpiece. Through electroplating, your product gains properties that the product itself does not bring along, like electrical conductivity, solderability, corrosion or wear protection. Examples are zinc coatings of screws or gold plating of contacts. For galvanizing we are using chromium, silver, brass, copper, nickel, zinc, tin and gold. Thereby it is of high importance, which method is used for galvanisation depending on the size and geometry of your workpiece. On the one hand we offer the drum process in which bulk material is galvanised cost-efficient. On the other hand we are using the rack process, in which larger workpieces or small series are pinned manually in order to refine the desired surface. But with galvanisation our range of services is not complete: One of our specialities is the manual after-treatment by hand, for example doing antiquization where metal surfaces receive an antique structure. But also additional mechanical treatment like grinding, brushing, polishing, sandblasting or barrel finishing are part of our range of services.
