I rented a car for a couple of days in January 2015. I had some small issues with the GPS though, so I called the company and they assisted me promptly within 15 minutes. Roman is the manager of the company, professional and very nice. The operator was nice too. They fixed my problems, helped me out instantly when I was a little bit pissed at my not working charger and GPS. So, I would definitely recommend them after this. They know how to please:)
